Core Holistics is a Mobile Massage Therapy clinic located in South West London. It was set up by myself, Becky Lanigan to provide treatment for pain relief, releasing muscular tension and aiding relaxation through various massage techniques.
The clinic caters for adult clients of all ages suffering from muscular discomfort or aches and pains developed from day to day activities, such as walking the dog to playing contact sports.
I use my hands, forearms and elbows to investigate underlying causes of pain and to carry out treatment using a variety of soft tissue manipulation to manage the mechanical problems of the body. Massage has been found to improve circulation, joint range-of-motion and flexibility. It can reduce many common ailments such as stress, muscle tightness, aches and pains - even anxiety and depression.
